Very disappointing behavior from the shop owner. I was simply waiting for my Uber on a public footpath due to the heat, and he asked me to move, saying I was blocking his visual. Instead of handling it politely, he accused me of being rude. The interaction felt unprofessional and unfriendly. Definitely not a welcoming environment.
