They just want to sell their piece. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Fitting was not proper at all. They sold me sleeveless piece of rs 6700 which was of bigger size despite of me telling them that I need one size smaller then then I asked them to do sleeves and they did such a bad fitting that pattern of whole outfit was ruined. In some designer outfit fitting can't be done it's proper fir for particular size only buy they don't care about it

This is really nice place to shop for wedding outfits and other important events. I found so many pieces that I love and for a reasonable price for quality. They were able to find/recommend pieces that were my style. Special thanks to Rakesh uncle who helped with all of this.

I recently purchased a lehenga from Kashish fabrics through their video call service, and I must say the experience was impressive. The team arranged a video call to show me multiple designs in real time, which felt almost like being at the store. The staff was patient, answered all my questions, and even demonstrated fabric texture and embroidery work up close on camera. This gave me confidence in what I was buying. I cant say about the in the store shopping, but online and whatsapp us Big Fraud. I ordered the following dress by contacting on whatsapp number included on the video. Paid the amount and delivery charge. After 2 days a guy called and said I need to pay 1500+99 as the GPS link with the order is broken, and a payment is needed to reset it, and it would be refunded same day. Even though it sounded dodgy, I still made the payment of 1599. The next day the guy called again saying I should have made the payment of 1500 + 99 separately, and to do that again. Please note, I did not get any order confirmation reference or GPD link When I declined to make another payment or asked them to refund the previous one first, they stopped taking my call. They even refused to cancel the order and refund the whole money. I might loose all the money as I dont know how to get the money..so it is just to make people aware that it is not as simple as straightforward as it seems.
