Despite purchasing the vehicle from them, I was disappointed by the service. They informed me that the repair would take 15-17 days due to a lack of parts. Considering the WagonR's popularity, this timeline seems excessive. 1. Parts Availability: It's surprising that a service center for a common car like the WagonR lacks essential parts. 2. Communication: Clear communication about the delay would have been appreciated. 3. Customer Expectations: Waiting almost three weeks for a repair is unreasonable. I urge Popular Motors to improve their service promptly.

Very Bad, Disgusting Service At Maruti Suzuki (Ahmedabad) I visited Today For My friend Car Service Regarding, Nd Met Mr. Dhaval At the Service Centre, but from taking to him it became clear that he was giving wrong information to the customer &Advising them to make unnecessary expenditure.
