Premium design in morden area and it's looks so rich. It have nice interior and exterior too. safety features with strictly arranged parking both outer side and basement. And plenty of brands are available and it's looks so beautiful in night. And it's prime location too called SBR (Sindhu Bhavan Road).

Visited a showroom at Times Square Grand. The building looks modern and well-maintained from the outside, but I didn’t go inside, so I can’t comment on the interior or service.

The building has 4 basement levels, but they insist on parking in the lowest (-4) even when the upper levels are empty. As a result, the area gets congested and doesn’t provide sufficient space, especially for SUVs. There are also stack parking stands in the same basement, but they’re hardly used and only increase the risk of cars getting scratched or damaged. Additionally, the entry and exit share the same ramp, which makes it difficult for larger vehicles to maneuver due to the tight turning radius.

Pathetic Management. No support. I would have given then negative marking if option was available. One star is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much for them. Builder representatives sits in the building but they come to sit only no to do any work. I am Happy not bought the property here and are on rent . Were planning to buy one, but a big NO now. Building looks and design are good and inside you cant even imagine. Hathi ke daant hai.
