If there was any negative rating, i would rate it as -5 Took a ceiling fan from their dealer. The light of the fan was working but the fan was not working. On complaint, the company informs that there must be a problem with the sensor. They take the fan from my home and do not update even for a week. After a week, when we follow up, they say you have to pay 1800/- for repairs. Surprisingly the remote sensor doesn't come under warranty. The same sensor that starts the light doesn't start the fan. For one week, we stay without a fan and then have to pay an amount of 1800/- so that they can repair the fan and install it back. Nothing was told before they took the fan for repairs. All this within 10 months of installation of the fan. Beware of their products!! The warranty details are not displayed on the website and their customer support representatives are arrogant. Even after 14 days we have not received the fan and no person from the company or its dealer has even called us back
