I had very bad experience with car pe cash. Very slow process. They are giving fake commitment of disbursing payment, every day they are giving reply that your payment will get credited today but since last 5 days no payment received. I called to higher authority also they also gave same reply but my payment not received. And they are also not picking phones of customers. Iam very frustrated with carpe cash. Every staff is giving different reply. There is no coordination between staffs and very lengthy process for disbursement of payment. It seems they are living in 1980s. As per 2025 in digital India the process of loan should very quick and very fast.
