Worse worse staff ever . I went few days for close account but they keep saying come back tomorrow.not give any proper instructions.even so rude to customers even I can't give one star. Waited 5 hrs even I never waited in emergency that many hrs.. I give customers service 0 star.please stop opening your bank account here because it's hard to get back your money.

Whenever I come to the ATM, it is found in closed condition only.

Very bad staff and very bad management. I visit 1st time for account opening they are rude and bad management. Even online portal for account opening not working.

Always had a pleasant experience at this branch but today Pooja Singh the employee is rude and doesn’t care of her customer and her job duties. I hope the management takes action against her worst employee at this location rude arrogant lady.

The management here is absolutely terrible. These people are the ones who are ruining the name of Bank of India. Ac opening These people are blaming each other for giving the form. Ask mam, ask security, ask other people but they are not giving the form. This is the first time I have come here and will not come again.
