Ordered 8 Split ACs and 4 Cassette ACs, while getting payment in advance they follow up like anything but after taking payment they don’t pick up calls and not upto mark in terms of delivery. False commitments as well as worst installation service. Not only that defective product delivered in one AC and that has not been replaced or even given right response for the same. I must not recommend this dealer for any future transactions

Kindly pay attention to everyone Het Air conditioning is giving us a bluff ( Mr.Rakesh is not giving us any answer and giving false commitment. Don't buy a single thing from Het Air Conditioning. when we called for any issue they guys are behaving very rudely and did not answer properly. our two CSAT AC are not working properly service person came to visit after taking so many follow up and disclosed the problem of compressor hand over to him its around more than 20 days no response our required stuff. even we checked in customer care and verify register complain but no complaint registered by MR Rakesh or Het Air-conditioning same on you guys.

I purchased one way cassette. They provide very best service and Installation was also at time.

Good AC price but worst installation, extra delivery charge and some part of installation charge which was not informed when made the deal. He informed extra pipe charge after 10ft and that was fair. Had to go out and buy extra wire, plug and ac water pipe. Attached photos of installation. Installation team didn’t fill in white cement as well. (My previous ac company did end to end installation with white cement and clean up of all mess they made) He mentioned he’ll send people to fill in white cement but he never did. Suggestions: if you go with Het then ask for final amount after asking to inspect site by installation team, that should includes filling of white cement, delivery, buying any additional required parts and cleaning up.

3rd class in Fiting work He take 10 day for fitting of cassette unit After Fiting cassette not in prosper measurements 3 inch out from the center If we complete about any fitting he not given proper answer and no any time limit of fiting time If you have time for 3-4 month then you can give order otherwise ignore
