A perfect place for work. Right next to railway track, so might get a little noisy. But gives a corporate look and feel to your work place.

Many visitors often confuse Titanium City Centre Corporate Offices with Titanium City Centre Mall, but they’re actually two distinct areas. The mall is roadside and easy to spot, while the corporate office complex is located behind it, with its own dedicated parking and separate several entry gates in different directions —so it’s good to know this before visiting. I can’t speak much about the mall itself, but the corporate office segment is impressively well-managed and maintained. There’s ample parking for both visitors and members, making it convenient even during busy hours. Security is excellent, with extensive CCTV coverage throughout the premises and a large team of guards on duty 24/7. Similarly, the housekeeping staff does a commendable job, ensuring all common areas remain spotless. The water supply system is reliable, and each floor has separate common washrooms that are consistently clean and hygienic. This attention to basic amenities really makes it a comfortable place to work. One area that could use improvement is the common duct for AC outdoor units. During peak summer, this duct can get overheated, sometimes affecting the cooling efficiency of individual office units. Addressing this would make the experience even better. What also stands out is the society committee’s proactive and enthusiastic approach. They regularly take initiatives to enhance the professional environment—like setting up business networking platforms, hosting flag hoisting events, and adding facilities such as a café, society App etc to make the premises more lively and connected. Overall, it’s one of the most well-managed and clean corporate spaces in the area, making it an excellent choice for businesses seeking a professional and secure environment.
