Worst owners. I purchased almost items worth 21000/-. However at last when I went to them to return just 1 item(that too not opened) since my electrician said it was no longer needed. They deducted 20% value for that item on refund. They said deduction was since I made online payment. Although I knew very well that CN could be shown by their CA in the entry however they just had decided to get additional benefit of 90/- (20% of 450/-). They are literally of no use. Purchase was made in Oct itself and return was asked within 48 hrs. So there is no such case of even GST been filled as it's the same month. Better go for Kutbi electricals, Gayatri electricals. Atleast they are clear.
