Very poor service, no one receive call No any responce,we make advance payment . today 5 days gone but till date not get sylinder and received msg that sylunder is delivered.

It's a excellent service best of my experience.. Office bearer are so co-operative and humble. In fact Jayshreeben , Staff member is very well behaved, humble and very soft in talking..

This is a third class service. Whenever I book, I get a message for delivery the next day and a week passes by for the delivery to happen and when I call the delivery person, he says he will come today and later he does not even receive the call and behaves rudely and I do not get a proper response from the office also.

Very bad service The gas bottle at home is not being provided properly. Because of this, we are facing many problems in cooking food on time. Sometimes the gas finishes suddenly and there is no replacement cylinder available. This creates inconvenience and affects our daily routine. Cooking becomes difficult and we have to depend on outside food. I request that proper and regular gas bottle supply should be ensured so that we do not face such problems again.

Unacceptable Service - Cylinder Not Delivered and Sold on Black Market 😡 I'm extremely disappointed with JAYJYOTI They failed to deliver my gas cylinder on the 25-02-26, and to make matters worse, I found out they sold it on the black market. This is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. I've been left without gas and feeling cheated. Request: Please take immediate action and deliver my cylinder. I demand an explanation for this misconduct. I also complaint at BPCL AND CONSUMER HELPLINE.. Rating: 1/5 stars
