Newly constructed building, Residential and commercial# On main road

Very good flats with proper spacings , shops also available on this buildings , one of the best buildings in the pourse area of eklingji road in sanand also it's road is directly attached to sela . Proper construction , loved it . 👌. All types of amenities available .

I really like the design and must the best I have seen in Sanand so far. The negative point is at the execution of sale deed. They execute sale deed before BU that is the draw back otherwise I really like this property.

Approx 5-6 years old society and have lots of maintenance activities. No parking area. If anybody is looking for a rented room and salaried personnel and having your own car/bike. Avoid this society, no dedicated parking, most of the residents are not salaried personnel. Having OLA/Uber or working in tours, rick from bussiness.

A newly constructed residential society in Sanand. Commercial shops are also located on the ground floor. This is just adjacent to Radhe Skyline. I didn't go inside the society but seen from outside and it looks good to me. All the daily need items, banks, hospital, etc are very close and at walking distance from the society. Overall its a good space for living.
