Amazing service, reasonable prices. The shop owner is very kind and knowledgeable. I've been there twice once for my printer and the other time for my laptop. His work is quick and efficient. Initially my laptop's repair was costing a lot but after repair it costed a lot less because during the repairing my laptop didn't require much work so the owner controlled the damage very efficiently which saved me a good amount of money

Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at Computer Source. Despite reading positive reviews, my encounter was far from satisfactory. The technician failed to return my laptop at the promised time, and when I finally got it back, the laptop had noticeable scratches on the body and was missing a part. When I confronted them, they denied any responsibility and claimed the part was never there to begin with, which was completely unprofessional and dismissive. The technician exhibited a domineering attitude, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. The positive reviews seem misleading; many of them appear forced or written under the owner’s insistence right in front of him. Any negative review is met with accusations of being fake or an attempt to defame the shop, indicating a complete inability to handle constructive criticism. While the repair quality was not the worst, it was far from satisfactory, and the prices were slightly high. Given my terrible experience, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other repair shops in the same building that provide better service without the hassle. Furthermore, be aware that the owner will likely try to delete this review or respond in a way that makes it seem like this is a fake review meant to defame him. Don't be misled by such tactics. I also recommend taking a photo of your device before handing it over to them to prove its condition, as the owner never takes accountability and will claim you didn't give it to him in that state. Overall, Computer Source offers unprofessional behavior, mediocre repair quality, and slightly high costs. Save yourself the trouble. Update : just got to know my locks are broken too Update : as I wrote he will directly deny to count this review as real and I have all the proofs and I will submit it on forum Update : look at the scratches it wasn't there before and I have proof and look at the way theve repaird thetes no space left for tight side mechanism and it will break down soon such unprofessional work

I recently had the battery of my Asus laptop replaced and got it serviced as well. The service was prompt and efficient, and the person handling it was polite and professional. Overall, a very smooth experience. Highly recommended!
