Worst service. Employees are mannerless. In general at the time of taking orders they tell you that they will deliver the medicine but when it comes to deliver they are not even attend your call and if they attend mistakenly they just cut the phone in between.

Irfan was the person, who took 1.15 hours to get me medicines when I was in store. Keep me waited . Medicine stripes were without stickers. Most importantly all the medicines were replaced by other one without asking and 10% Discount committed that will be deposited in loyalty card has not happened. I bought 8k + medicines just in transaction and loyalty got credited 147 Should never visit again

Very expensive store for local product

Disappointed with the service. Standard dispensing protocols for vaccines were overlooked. This is something that shouldn't be compromised in a pharmacy.

I am very happy with the service at Apollo Pharmacy. The staff are excellent, especially Ms. Charanjeet Kaur Bhatia. She has a very positive approach towards customers and is always humble and supportive. Whenever any medicine is not available, she ensures its availability and keeps the customer well-informed. Her dedication and helpful attitude make the experience at Apollo Pharmacy truly outstanding. Thank you to Apollo and to staff members like her for such excellent service!
