The technicians are skilled and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Moreover, the results are always delivered promptly and accurately on WhatsApp. Overall, a top-notch experience. Highly recommend this pathology lab for their exceptional service since decades.

Staff at Highway collection lab is good and skilled. I have been giving my blood sample for annual test here since many years. The collection executive draws blood in such a skilled manner that I don't feel pain at all. Rates are reasonable too. Reports arrive on time. I would recommend Green Cross Labs to my friends and family

I had a terrible experience at Greencross Pathology Laboratory's Shyamal branch on Saturday, October 26, 2024. My wife, Harsha, and I visited for some routine blood tests, and the experience was shockingly unprofessional. For my wife, only two tubes of blood were required, while I needed three. The technician assigned to draw her blood seemed inexperienced and attempted to puncture her vein twice, causing pain and discomfort without successfully drawing any blood. Finally, a different technician stepped in and managed to collect her blood on the third attempt. However, this is where things got even worse. Without checking the labels, the technician used my tubes for her blood collection and filled all three tubes instead of just two. This error meant that they took more blood than needed and mixed up our samples, which is a serious oversight in a medical setting. Such negligence in a diagnostic lab is simply unacceptable. A mix-up in labeled samples, especially when dealing with sensitive health data, is a significant blunder that could lead to incorrect results and potentially dangerous health consequences. I strongly advise against using Greencross Pathology Laboratory if you value accuracy and professionalism. This experience was distressing and left us with a complete lack of trust in this lab’s capabilities.

Doctors prescribe reports to get clarity on health conditions, rather than relying solely on symptoms and possibilities. What's the point of going to this lab when the numbers contradict? Highly discourage considering this lab. Data and consistency are lacking. Even if the services are decent, there is no point when readings are manipulated in the lab that was once reputed in Ahmedabad.
