Always when we ask to share the PDF on WhatsApp there is the same answer that there is problem out WhatsApp is not working. The staff doesn't know what report is for what when I asked them that Troponin then the staff lady is asking another staff that this report is for what and after that they reverted me. I pay 100 for home visit the person came to take blood on time. The same is amount is taken by green cross also but still they provide the report at home and this is the service provided. If staff is not educated that what report are used for what then give them training.
