Today we visited Pramukh nuclear centre for pet scan . Receptionist Riddhi mam’s nature was kind and she is very helpful to us . All staff members are also very helpful . Thank you

Today I visited Pramukh Nuclear Centre. The lab services were fine, but the behavior of the staff member at the main reception desk was extremely rude. She spoke rudely to multiple visitors, which created an uncomfortable experience. Such behavior is not expected from a reputed diagnostic centre like Pramukh Nuclear Centre. Management should take this seriously and ensure polite communication with patients.

The staff behavior was not proper. I personally helped my father sit in the wheelchair and took him to my car. His clothes were also not changed. I told one of the staff members that his clothes had not been changed, but he told me to go upstairs and bring them myself. Then I went upstairs, brought the clothes, and changed them myself. What kind of service is this?

The PET scan experience was very good. The staff was polite, cooperative, and explained the entire procedure clearly. The injection and scanning process were smooth, with minimal waiting time. The centre was clean and well-maintained. Reports were delivered on time with proper guidance. Overall, a professional and reliable PET scan centre. Highly recommended.
