Nice place and a huge construction site. It is located just after rakhiyal Cross road on the way to gomtipur. Commercial hub with lots of amenities. Not had the chance to explore the full site and list of the facilities provided there but looks nice when you pass by. Gives good opportunity to grow local business who don't want to go far for the office purpose.

Business park where you can get shops of different spaces according to your requirement. Nicely design and builted. Lifts parking and other eminities are also good. You can feel the professional attitude after having your business place in Sumel

Most pathetic place to be I have visited this place only one and I don't want to go there again such a big and highly corporate kind of a setup but a basic facility like washroom is also not available there. On each and every floor male and female washrooms are available but the maintenance is at the worst level. No one can even have a nightmare of going in such kind of a place
