Worst customer service experience..stupid staff and not agree in any condition to provide services

Friendly staff and more variety available in smartphone covers and accessories.

One of the worst ever experience of customer service on 30-Mar-24 at around 12.15 pm at Phone World, Shastrinagar, Ahmedabad. They dont know how to understand and answer to customer concern / request. Sales person Chetan and Counter person Yasir both are behaving like "gully boy" and answer as if they were the DON saying.... "You have to wait or come next day" even when entire 4 other person are free NOT having any work or customer. When we have insisted them by saying someone is waiting so do favor by attending our request little early as they were free from earlier customer....they reverted with more dis-respectful way that Now we dont want to sale you, we have Tuffen glass but dont want to sale. Here, price is absolutely NOT an issue at both end. Evenafter we were ready to wait for 15 minute more, they denied to sale...1st by saying they dont have the product while they already shown us at the counter. Then after realising, they hv changed their stand that they will not sale to us. We have requested, this is not the way of customer handling so need to speak to your manager. They hv again reverted with even more third-class manner, full of attitude and arrogance that forget about manager, we will not sale it to you - do whatever you like to do. I prefer, we hv to teach all such "non-sense" kind of person / retailer with a hard lesson so that other customer will not suffer. We are living in educated and free India. It is both the way, we have to respect eachother so Till Phone World Team learn CUSTOMER SERVISE, let us "BOYCOTT" such RUDE retailer. There is a strong request as a frustrated customer - Do not buy anything from "Phone World, Shashtri Nagar". I would definitely like to complaint with any level of appropriate authority about these miss-behaviour, rudness, rough language, so called dadagiri kind way of talking, dis-respectful language etc. I am really extremely upset the way this unprofessional retailers are working in the market.
