I gave my iphone 7 to mobile gallery judges bunglow road for speaker repair. He did repair but he also broke the protction net cones by default with every phone and when i asked for explaination he was blaming company that this is company fitted , I cant do anything and started yelling at me that this the repair he cant do anymore i also have the picture of broken speaker net taken at his shop . After asking him so many times he finally told me that come tomorrow I will do the repair till 2 pm nothing was done and then again told to come at 4 .again at 4 he told me come on monday or take your phone. This was nothing but the harassment only. He initially harrass customer to come again n again for the phone. What kind of custoner service is this? Are you doing charity to me?? He charged me 750/- rs and also broke ny phone speaker net and then tells me that nothing is free Is this the way youb talk to your customer even when customer is asking politely What do you think you are ??? I would have given minus rating if it was possible ?? I strongly suggest not to go at this shop for anything beacuase if you are caught like this situation you will definately blame yourself only. Find some correct shop with the correct staff or owner with manners He clearly doesn't have manners to a lady seeing that she is not well but comes twice to collect unrepaired phone If any good person owning this company or brand reading this you deserve an apology No thank you for service and behaviour just shame on you
