The builder is so so so rude.Not giving money back. Plz don't give a token amount untill everything is decided. Staff is also rude..and moreover construction is so poor.

Building is placed at very nice location because all daily uses things are available nearby. Like osia mall, Gopi shop for groceries, La pinoz pizza, food plaza etc. Approximately nine towers are available and each tower has seven floor. It has one BHK and two BHK rooms.

Construction quality is so poor and Society management is also poor...One simple example is Maintenance for 1BHK and 2BHK are same instead of going for per sqft rate. No parking in basement for 1BHK owner and on common floor not enough space for 1bhk car parking.
