It is a nice cafe at a very posh location in Sindhu Bhavan road. The reason for this rating is the lasagne that I just couldn’t enjoy. I think Lasagne is easy to make and messing it up is a bummer for me. However, for cheese lovers, this place is heaven. One big demerit is the lack of parking. Would be great if the government adds more parking spaces in SBR. Overall, good experience.

Absolutely loved the experience here! The Burrata Verdure pizza was a burst of fresh, vibrant flavors — the creamy burrata paired perfectly with the roasted vegetables and a touch of chili oil, making every bite deliciously satisfying. The crust was thin and crisp, just how I like it. For dessert, the New York Cheesecake was a dream — smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with a buttery graham cracker base. The presentation and taste both exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving quality Italian food with a touch of finesse!

During our first visit, we had to wait for 45-50 minutes, and the service was highly disappointing. We went on a Sunday, and the place was excessively crowded. We ordered the pesto pasta with burrata cheese and avocado toast was very delicious food, and I found the prices to be unreasonably high. On our recent Saturday visit, we tried the newly launched pesto pizza, but it simply did not meet expectations.

Forget any cheesy stuff you had in Ahmedabad and go straight to CASARAO. Their own made cheese is mind blowing !!! I plan to visit this place another 3-4 times to check out their bagels and cheese. Very authentic and must try is the Philadelphia cream cheese, herb cheese and goat cheese !! Of course the mozzarella is also amazing.. The owners are very passionate and you can see that in their personal attention. Great choice of dips for the chips.. their platter variety for home orders is something to try. We had pizza, pasta and creamy cheese on toast.

Lovely place, well designed menu - both food and menu booklet wise. Really good pizzas, pastas and the burrata was very good. Will recommend.
