Took a Takeaway from this Joint. The Medu Vada was good. The idli were huge and not as per my liking. The big turn down is that there is no Tea or Coffee available only bottled drinks younwould expect Coffee in a south indian joint

We recently visited Chennai Express to enjoy an authentic South Indian meal. We ordered the Idli and Vada, and the taste was absolutely authentic and delicious. The food was served hot and came with a variety of chutneys, each adding its own unique flavor to the dish. We thoroughly enjoyed the authentic South Indian flavors and highly recommend this place for anyone craving traditional South Indian cuisine. A wonderful experience overall!

The food is too spicy with red chilli powder floating over everything. It is not a family restaurant the image that you have of a typical restaurant. No washroom available. Basically this is a low cost option available for dosa that's it.

Budget friendly, Quality south Indian food, I used to order it from zomato and Swiggy but today I visited and it was all good. Best place to have breakfast and if you like South Indian for dinner and lunch then go for it.

Nice place for breakfast. Food was good and tasty and service was excellent and staff was cooperative.
