We order pizza and sandvich, but food quality was third class and order also given too late with wrong food item. Invoice also not given.

The ambience was so calming and clean. Food was also good like above average. Staff was polite with good service and attitude. Wide menu for fastfood also they have good mocktails and juices or thick shakes. Also they provide the combos which is prepared very nicely. As the combos contains everything one need and that too with discount or so it was pocket friendly.

I visited New Freezeland Café today and had an amazing experience. I tried the BFL, Hakka Noodles, Thin Crust Margherita Pizza, and a shake. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Really loved the overall experience and would definitely visit again!

Had a wonderful time at New Freezeland Café today. The food quality was impressive and everything we ordered was served fresh and full of flavor. We tried a few different dishes along with a refreshing shake, and each item tasted great. The place has a nice vibe and good service. Definitely a good spot to enjoy tasty food.” 😋🍕🥤

I’ve ordered takeaway from New Freeze Land multiple times, mainly their club sandwich, and it has been consistently good every time. The sandwich is fresh, properly packed, and filling, with well-toasted bread and generous stuffing. What I like most is the consistency — same taste and quality with every order. Packaging is neat, and the sandwich reaches in good condition without getting soggy. A reliable option when you want a quick and satisfying takeaway. Definitely recommended.
