Prices are too high Nd quality is worst..i would not recommend to waste your hard earned money...go for any other option but not this

Delicious and amazing falida and ice cream, mind blowing test, try it once and you want one more.....

Visited Jay Faluda in Sardarnagar on 5th July and had a terrible experience. I ordered the Butterscotch Waffle, and when it arrived, it had pineapple jam stuffed in it (nowhere mentioned), the waffle base was broken, and it tasted undercooked and raw. Totally miserable experience — wouldn’t recommend at all.

I got a chance to visit Jay falooda after a span of 10 years or so, and believe me that everything has been updated in this cozy icecream parlor, except for it's original taste which I am very grateful for. We had 2 star falooda with different flavors of scoops, added with thick creamy rabdi and my childhood love jelly. With reasonable price and great service, this is a must must try falooda place. Thankful for this place since it brings back so many childhood summer day memories of having the fabulous falooda icecream with family.

The taste is okay, not that great. Faluda. Confusing menu. The worst part is their stringent policy of pay first, get a coupon, and then get the item. Person at counter is not friendly. If we ask staff for add on and we are ready to pay, they ask to pay get coupon and they they add the extra item. Even in a dine-in area, one has to stand up, order another item, pay, and then be served at the table. Bakwas management, you will feel insulted in front of family and guests, and guests are asking for another item, and the staff asks you to come and pay first, as if we are going to run away by not paying their 120 rupees.
