Worst Experience. They charged for Express Delivery From Ahmedabad to Mumbai (550km) But parcel Reached mumbai after 3days. Don't waste your Time n Money with DTDC. Thank you

Worst Service ever I faced, When I inquired about Express courier in Domestic from Ahmedabad to Delhi they said it will gonna deliver in 24hrs maximum with guaranteed but since 72 hrs my courier is still not delivered and they are saying we will deliver asap but still they dont have any update on the same. Fake company, Fake promises & took extra money in the name of FastTrack service.

This parcel service is not at all reliable, they took enough money for the service but they took almost 4 days instead of 1 or 2 days for nearest city.

Please avoid using DTDC for courier services, as they have a history of misplaced shipments and poor post-delivery support.Do not send your courier through DTDC. They frequently misplace parcels and are unresponsive afterward. Very disappointing service

DTDC - Liers and fraudsters Even though the client hasn't received the courier, the client receives a msg that the courier has been delivered to them. How authentic or true service is this ?? You are liers & cheaters. The person handling on call or office at Vastrapur is also so arrogant and misbehaved simply by cutting the call while communication was still going on. I called twice,he cancelled it. Hopeless behaviour & Cheaters. False updates are put about the courier that its been delivered to the client. Never ever trust DTDC courier service.
