Worst courier service. They guarantee you parcel delivery in 3-4 days and live online tracking but then you have to keep coming to their office just to listen that online tracking is not available for now and it will be delivered 'tomorrow'. When you try to call them they don't pick up the call. After 10 days of tiresome struggle and multiple calls to their Ahmedabad office and jaipur office( where I sent parcel), finally it got delivered. One star for that only. I lost hope that it will ever be delivered. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to deliver something valuable on time. Can try adjacent dtdc, charges maybe 20-30 rs more but there is surity and mental peace.
