Third class service by anjani courier. They have told me to pick my envelope from their office instead of delivering it, which is 5 km away from my place.
They don't have any information till 4th day of booking from metro cities to metro cities. How they are still working getting business surprises me. They should shut down immediately without wasting name of courier industry.
Owner is very rude as when called during the office time they didn't responded ,and when called in morning he said to call an office time the service is very bad, already the parcel was delayed but still no response and no customer service
