The worst courier service I experienced. May package is coming from Baroda to Ahmedabad. Package was drop off at Baroda on 11/1/1023 at 11.00 on 12/1/2023. At 1550 I have not receive the package. I Spoke to Mumbai branch and Ahmedabad branch. They cannot locate delivery person for last 3 hours.

Always said doing online payment I have no change i send minimum 8t0 20 courier per month but not accepting any time cash he always says no change do online or give the change
