Bad parcel service as well as customer service. No proper response at all. They took the parcel few weeks ago and still not delivered. Even haven't received any text message of parcel leaving Ahmedabad.

Worst and bullshit service ever. They have taken the payment and parcel 22 days ago and they are not giving any tracking ID or any other details or estimation. I'm in USA and my entire parcel is missing. We don't even know, if it even actually left Ahmedabad or not.

Faaaltooo,, ekdam BAKWAS service,, after 18 days also, not reached the destination,, and biggest of all,, NO PROPER GUIDENCE & NO TRACKING ID shared...they don't believe in customer satisfaction,, they feel, they DON'T NEED IT,,,, God save them,,,

The ground surface courier pickup charge for DTDC Gujarat and Delhi seems to be different. But then maybe they have different charges in different states ? But then DTDC should have uniform charges all over India. Anyway the franchise owner has to earn his money. Anjani courier was booked via Sunlight Franchise again for food courier of mine but was not having proper POC for followup. Not recommended to use this franchise of courier service as the person kept on lying and delaying the delivery of a food packet courier. Bunch of unprofessional people.

After my parcel being misplaced for over 1 month in the European continent, they finally managed to bring it to me in one piece. I appreciate their efforts however all this menace could have been avoided. I will be doubtful though for considering them for my next parcel.
