Very bad service and staff blaming students for their mistake. My identification was not happening because of their very poor computer system...overall the worst centre you could have your exam.

As per my experience it's need to be improve TCS staff is cooperative and supporting .there is parking facility in basement 🫱 Xerox facility available here so don't worry if you don't print your call later 🫱 Photoshop is also available

I gave my cat exam on this centre ... And the condition of this exam centre is like when i Passed through its entrance and staircase it looked like an old barren factory, with no proper care ..everywhere there was dust ..even on the desk!! on the computer!! on the floor feels like exam centre was in a desert And what can I say about the conditions of the chairs - the most uncomfortable chairs .. looks like I was being punished to give their exam 😭 I kindly request the ION DIGITAL to UPGRADE THIER LEVEL asap.

This place is an absolute disgrace and should be banned as an exam centre. Zero ventilation, suffocating heat locked inside by sealed windows, computer heat choking the room, broken torture-level chairs with metal rods digging into your body, and screens so tiny that reading long questions becomes a struggle. The so-called coolers are useless noise machines that only dehydrate students and circulate hot air. Staff is indifferent and unresponsive, ignoring repeated complaints while candidates suffer. You don’t come here to take an exam—you come here to survive in inhuman conditions. I have been alloted this centre since 2021 for many of the exams. At the end of the exam, the review is being taken from the students and not changes are made. Conducting critical exams like CAT, JEE, GATE, CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, NPTEL or any career-deciding test at this centre is gross negligence, until a proper exam environment is not created. Exam authorities must eliminate Odhav and instead prefer centres like Gandhinagar (Garima Park and Randesan) and Ahmedabad (Bopal), which actually meet basic exam standards. It's a request to all the exam authorities, if a candidate chooses Gandhinagar as an exam centre (To avoid centres like Odhav), they should be alloted the centre in the relevant City.

Extremely Poorly Maintained TCS iON Center Not sure what TCS is trying to prove by degrading standards to such a low level. The place is highly unhygienic and lacks even basic facilities. For over 100 students in one large hall, there was just a single cooler — not working properly. Most chairs were broken, making students feel like they were sitting on exposed metal springs. Very disappointing experience.
