Very poor service atleast any dress they can replace it or exchange it , but atleast they can give me back my money or exchange it but they just say mam why don't you ask about it this is just wrong I really suggest everyone don't buy dress from there shop

Very cheap collection..don't go...dress change kr dete hai or jhut bolte hai...i recommend pls don't go there

This place is probably the worst ever!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Indian wedding outfit store. The customer service was abysmal, with defective outfits at unreasonably high prices. Despite a promised alteration, I waited 15 days only to find my outfits untouched. Even after an additional hour for repairs, the zippers were still dysfunctional. The sellers were rude, unapologetic, and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. A truly pathetic experience – strongly advise against patronizing this place.

Worst experience ever !!! The clothes I bought didn't even survive properly they told like cheap paper. And the moment I went back to report it the staff shamelessly said they were not responsible . The quality is pathetic, the service is words and the attitude is unbelievable when I was buying they were talking which sugar is coated words. The moment you walk out the door their customer service become completely useless. I even asked them to at least fix it so I could but they denied everything. They act like it's not their concern Completely disappointing I walked out with zero certification and no outcome I will never shop here again and would not recommend this place to anyone
