Hopeless repeated experiences. Not serious about customer retention, satisfaction or poor experience. Old poor stocks being sold...

Not having sufficient stocks and in order to clear old stocks, given false assurance of product longitivity which didn't survived a week. Upon approaching, the seller was not bothered, alleged mishandling and not bothered to lose loyal customer like me as well. Not a nice overall repeated experiences in last 3 visits.
