I found asian paints very reliable their shades are bright finish long lasting service professional application smooth and quality always superior

My experience with customer service here was disappointing. Staff at one location were helpful and friendly, providing an exact color match quickly. However, another visit to a different store resulted in immediate attitude and unhelpful staff. Information and advice felt like pulling teeth, making an otherwise simple process stressful. Consistency in service is definitely needed.

The checkout lines were quite long, and it seemed like more staff might be needed during peak hours to improve efficiency. I also had a question that required assistance, but it took a while to locate an available staff member. Addressing these operational aspects, specifically staffing at busy times and ensuring clear product information, could significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
