This company sells extremely poor-quality, possibly counterfeit products. The items do not match the descriptions, and their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. They do not take responsibility for defective products and show no concern for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.
So bad service and all products are second and so bad conditions also products related queries and complaints are not resolved by shop and inappropriate behaviour with customers, so I advice to all customers please go another shop for better experience thank you . The materials are of substandard quality and do not meet the agreed specifications. 2. Several items appear to be used or second-hand, showing clear signs of wear and prior usage. 3. This is in direct violation of our agreement, which specified that only new and good quality materials would be supplied.
