Pathetic after sales service, even costly lock under warranty refused to give replacement, don't buy anything from this shop if require warranty replacement as they don't deliver their commitment done at the time of purchase. Rajubhai is the person who refused replacement under warranty.

The shopkeeper is a cheater. Took full money yesterday and agreed to deliver today without any extra charge. Today demanded extra charges for delivery and was extremely rude. Did not gave invoice. Absolutely unprofessional. Never trust this store.

Very unprofessional people.The lady at the shop told us to come tomorrow at 9 AM for a wash basin .next day we called the shop and a person told us that basin is not available so visit their godown Ganesh traders and basin is available there...then we went to Ganesh traders at swastik cross road there the shopkeeper waster 15 minutes and did not attend us properly and said this is not godown...u have to visit godown now...they just don't value customer time

The Shreeji Hardware is oldest name in hardware market since more than twenty year , they have two out let one at named ganesh hardware at Swastik c/s road other is this located at Ambawadi circle just opposite to Central Mall. At ground floor, four wheel parking difficult here because of main road , two wheel easily park here. The Owner name is Raju bhai very gentle person, from 9 to 9 is shop time , Sunday open till 1 p.m. start from nail, screw different type of lock, handles ,bathroom accessories, plywood, formica , fevicol , colour material, thinner and polishing materials kitchen basket , mosquitoes net, pigeon net , cement , everything in Interior work hardware and designer accessories you will get here. They can delivered If good quantity order. Overall good service , good collection at one roof and prise competitive.

We have very bad experience with Shreeji Hardware...opposite central mall, near Ambavadi circle Panchavati char Rasta, Deatails: we have purchased one lock from them. Saying that if it will not fit in our door, I will return it. I paid ₹ 1300/-. He didn't give me bill, I took it with good faith trusting his words, lock didn't fit in my dimensions and my Carpenter told me to return. So I went to return as it's packed.He gave me ₹ 1200/- , he deducted ₹100/- without no reason. Like he cheated on me...so don't buy on trust with these people
