I stayed here for two days during my Gujarat trip. Considering the rent charged, the quality of service and amenities is questionable. Despite multiple follow-ups, the staff was often unresponsive. The property maintains only average hygiene standards, and there is no lift service available for all floors, which adds to the inconvenience.
We came from the UK to visit our relatives in Anand and stayed at Hotel Rama Residency. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which is very important for us coming from abroad. Staff is polite and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food taste is close to home-style Indian food. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay. Highly recommended for NRI families visiting Anand.
