Very arrogant staff and low quality products with very high prices. I regret to visit this store and make purchase. They don’t have any price tags on product and prices are decided based on customer, you will be surprised to see the diffrence in price within a day. I have also made a reel of this store for public awareness.

I recently purchased dress from this store, and am extremely disappointed with the quality, after the very first wash, the dress has completely lost it’s colour. When I reported about this at the store neither the Owner nor the staff was responsible enough to help resolve my query.

Had been here with my sibling & as per my understanding this shop specialises in Lucknowi kurtis & salwars. There's chikankari Kurtis & Georgette Kurtis which are quite pricey. But the hand work done on these Kurtis are quiet attractive. Infact some of the hand work done on the Kurtis & pants looks very attractive. They have another outlet right below health & glow - kammanahalli.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Felt Cheated I had a very bad experience at this store. I purchased a set worth ₹2,500 yesterday. The salesperson assured me the fitting would be fine and loose, and denied my request for a proper size check, saying there is no trial room. When I went home and tried the set, it was extremely tight and completely unwearable. I returned today to exchange it for a bigger size, but the ladies who sold it were not present. Two male staff members handled the situation very badly. One staff member named Mujahid and another person were extremely rude and unwilling to listen. Instead of properly exchanging the item, they took ₹2,500 from me and gave me only one kurta, which felt like cheating. Their behavior towards a female customer was vulgar, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The store also has no proper price tags, and prices are randomly told to customers. They claim Lucknowi chikankari has no fixed tag, which makes it easy for them to overcharge. Even though the collection looks beautiful, I would never recommend anyone to shop here due to dishonest pricing, poor customer service, and unfair treatment. Avoid this shop if you want transparency and respectful service.
