Never come to this shop worst response worst staff doesn’t want to exchange it It was the same before and now tooo but the shop person debates it was Not like this And he has bescom bill problem ones the customer decide he doesn’t have purchase there immediately lights get off and they expect a customer to get out of the shop Such fellows will be off in their whole life as the lights get off in their shop 🤮

the person at the counter probably the owner is rude and disrespectful.. doesn't have manners and patience to deal with customers.. he expects the customer to buy clothes from his shop even if they are not satisfied with the quality and price.. moreover he tells it's a waste of time if we don't buy clothes from his shop after exploring few options..and after exploring other shops around .. just realised he charges more than others for the same piece of clothing and same brand.

Owner is rude. I've to expand given your illogical response. You were outright rude since beginning. You told that we need to finalize then only we can try. This is not how clothing shopping works. You also seem very weak in mathematics as well. We tried 5-6 dresses only and bought 2. Clothing shop owners would kill for this kind of conversion. You have camera, go through the recording again. Also, you don't seem to know how to check time as well. I parked my car at maharaja parking at around 12:25 and reached your shop around 12:45 ish. We left for lunch around 2:15, so I don't know how you are claiming this to be 3 hours. May be time works at different speed in your shop. So it seems you are just not rude, but liar as well. I don't usually review the places, but your behaviour forced me to do so.

I ordered through online, it's a prepaid order and I got it very safe and beautiful. They also did video call and showed the dress completely without any hide they are open to show the dress. The dress was worth buying. Very less cost comparing to other stores.
