Fully satisfied with their work. They are very professional and transparent in the way they handle things. They clearly tell you what is required at the moment and don’t create unnecessary issues just to increase the bill. What I really liked is that they don’t make you spend on things that are not needed. They explain the requirement clearly and carry out the service neatly. The charges are also very reasonable compared to many others, which makes it even better. Overall, a very trustworthy place for bike servicing. If you are looking for an affordable and honest service without being looted with unnecessary charges, I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been getting my bike serviced from Bike Wala for the last 3 years, and I can honestly say this is the most trustworthy and genuine mechanic I’ve ever met. He never tries to make extra money by replacing parts unnecessarily. In fact, he often tells me, “You can run this for another 4–6 months, no need to change it right now.” His honesty and professionalism really stand out. The servicing quality is excellent — he takes care of every small detail, and what I really appreciate is the transparency. He always sends videos while working, showing what parts are being checked or replaced. It’s rare to find such a responsible and sincere person these days. Highly recommend Bike Wala to anyone looking for honest and quality bike servicing!

Service was really good. Parts are genuine. You can trust your bike with them and don't need to check back everytime, very genuine people and honest guys. I loved it. They take a bit time but does the job perfectly and they don't suggest you to replace parts which aren't required to replace. Most mechanics loot money for unnecessary parts but here it's not the case. (I have my zmr for service here)

Really good, service centre with transparent and clean service with regular updates via whatsapp and clear communication through calls and messages. Would recommend for everybody, the mechanic had actually suggested me what is needed and what is not needed clearly. Would love to keep going here again

I had a genuinely great experience with Pasha sir. The team did a fantastic job and what really stood out to me was their transparency. They shared videos showing exactly which parts they were replacing — something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. They shared the price of each item clearly on WhatsApp and only changed what was actually needed. The final bill invoice was straightforward and easy to understand, which really built trust. Overall, I’m fully satisfied with their work. My bike feels so much smoother now, and the staff were friendly, and honest throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a service center that actually cares about their customers instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!
