I purchased my bike on 2nd October 2024 from M/s Poorna motos hero ,Authorised Service Centre. After the first service, I started facing a battery issue, where the self-start was not working most of the time. I raised the complaint during the second service, but the service person informed me that everything had been checked and resolved. However, within 10 days, the same issue occurred again. During the third service, I again reported the same problem. Unfortunately, the service coordinator never listens to customer concerns. He repeatedly says that “everything is done,” and now he is mentioning that the battery warranty has expired, without properly addressing the issue. My experience with M/s Poorna Motors Hero Service Centre has been very disappointing. Purchasing my bike from this centre has become a big mistake, as many customers seem to be facing the same issues according to the reviews.

We are Bad and Wrost experience for Poorna Hero Motors Anjananagara. Not proper response and not follow up the customer and Bike future Details Not Properly explained and We are advanced 30k but Poorna showroom waiting for 1month and after we are go to showroom.we are selected bike and colour sales team already soldout without customer(My) permission.After showroom called to ask he said already sold out and show room sales team said Sir waiting for 8days and then later delivered.and we are decided immediately cancel Poorna Motors show Room and Advanced 30k Received and then go to Sai Bikes peenya industry contact this show room Good Response explained about Bike features and he is delivered it take 2days only Bike Delivered.Good experience for Sai Bikes showroom.I am Very Happy to say suggest Sai Bikes Showroom Near Peenya Industry

I took vida electric from poorna motors, Firstly battery got a problem they took one month time to replace it. They won't maintain New battery and chargers and other spares in the showroom. Now vida charger was not working, From 20 days I am calling them still they had not replaced New charger worst Experience Pls don't buy vechile in poorna motors

On 16/08/2025 my bike was malfunctioning with electrical issue I searched nearby authorised Hero service, so Poorna motors was nearby. I raise the complaint and given to check electrical issues. Technician done service and given and taken delivery on 17th of August 2025 I repeatedly asked supervisor have checked the electrical issues and resolved he said everything is checked and perfect after running from Bangalore to Tumkur on same day in middle nearby Nelmangala face the same issue, don’t know what service he done to my x pulse bike I spent ₹ ₹2331 for my Service, very very very worst service. I ever experienced. Don’t know what service he actually done.

I recently purchased my Hero Xtreme 125R (Single ABS) from Pooran Motors, Anjan Nagar. I had a very good experience with the showroom. The sales executive Ms. Preeti was very supportive and professional throughout the process. She explained all the bike features clearly, guided me properly, and ensured a smooth delivery experience. Her greeting, response, and customer handling were excellent. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by Pooran Motors and appreciate the effort of Ms. Preeti.
