I had a very positive experience at Jeevika Hospital — the facilities are clean, well-maintained and the overall treatment experience was awesome. A special mention to Dr Naresh (Orthopedic Surgeon) and Dr Bharath — both were extremely professional, attentive, and explained every step of the diagnosis and treatment in a clear, compassionate manner. Their expertise and friendly approach made a big difference during our stay. I also want to give special thanks to the front desk assistant Bhargavi Bharu who was welcoming, organized, and went out of her way to make the administrative process effortless and stress-free

I recently had my wife’s knee replacement surgery for a meniscus issue at Jeevika Hospital, Bangalore, on 14th September 2025. The overall experience was truly wonderful. Dr. Akshay Dhanda, the orthopedic specialist, explained every detail with great patience and answered all our questions clearly. The nursing staff was equally attentive and caring, always checking in to make sure my wife was comfortable. What really touched us was the dedication of the cleaning staff — especially the aunties who took care of my wife like their own daughter. They handled every task, even the most personal ones, with kindness and respect. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Shreekant, who manages the insurance section at the hospital. He was extremely helpful throughout the insurance process and guided us at every step. He kept reassuring us by saying, “Call me anytime, 24/7, if you face any issue here.” His support made the entire procedure smooth and stress-free. Now that we are ready for discharge, I can confidently say that Jeevika Hospital provided the best care we could have asked for. The entire team — from doctors to nurses to the support staff — deserves heartfelt appreciation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking orthopedic treatment in Bangalore.

I recently visited Jeevika Hospital for my dad, and overall, it was a positive experience thanks to the wonderful care provided by the doctors involved and the hospital staff. All the doctors were supportive and made me aware of the situation without ambiguity. Dr. Teja and Dr. Madhuri warrant special mention, as I was able to speak with them openly. Their patience and steady support made a significant difference when circumstances were deteriorating. Most of the nursing staff (brothers and sisters) worked tirelessly and were always attentive to my dad’s needs. Among the ward boys, the overall support was okay, but Anil anna truly stood out for his kindness and willingness to help at every step. The cleaning staff maintained the room well, with the cleaning lady coming in at regular intervals. While the room beds were OK, the emergency beds were filthy. I would also like to acknowledge Ms. Lakshmi for her excellent coordination. She kept checking in regularly to ensure everything was in order. Last but certainly not least, thanks to everyone in the billing team led by Dharmendra. They were responsive and accommodating, making the entire process smoother. The area that definitely needs improvement is the pharmacy (as is the case with all hospitals) — it is quite expensive and tends to stock high-priced branded medicines instead of suggesting more affordable alternatives. Wrt servicing, there are no complaints. Overall, despite a few concerns, the care and professionalism of the doctors, nurses, and support staff made the experience reassuring and comfortable.
