Charge of fixing puncture is written as 150 on display. But they were asking 600. Concerned BP team/department should take action against this. Total scamsters. Do not go here. I got it fixed in another shop for 100/-

This shop is total fraud and try to confuse you by making stories. I went there for fixing my car tyre puncture and the guy said even if I put 2nos of jelly there is no guarantee puncture will stop. So I asked what’s next , then he told I need to fix from inside and blah blahh.. and asked me to pay 300 + 100 for fixing the tyre. Full fraud never ever visit this place.

Don't trust the guys here. They'll unnecessarily add more patches than required and overcharge you for the same. This worker claimed I had six punctures in my tubeless tire when I only had one, where the nail was found. It's impossible to drive around with six punctures. A common tactic they use is to show bubbles as evidence that air is being released. However, this effect can also be achieved with a mixture of soda or Eno and water. I won't be visiting this place again.

Really poor job done by these guys. I took my car to fix a tire puncture last week. The guy at work checked and said there is no puncture, but it has a faulty valve and the alloy wheel needs cleaning. He didn’t bother to check properly if there was any puncture. He did the cleaning and changed the valve to charge me 600 bucks. Also while dismantling the tire he scratched my alloy wheel at multiple spots. When I took the car, I realised that the air pressure is dropping like before and took it to another place to get the puncture fixed. Stay away from these guys if you don’t want to screw up your vehicle.

Surprise find. Operating from a tiny (approx 8' x 8') shed at a petrol pump, I was skeptical at first, and questioned them about how they will fix an unusually larger bolt hole in my car tyre (Fortuner), and they showed me the implements, satisfying me. These two boys working there did a good job of plugging the tyre from the inside after grinding the inside surface, installing the plug and giving it all finishing touches before testing it for further leaks. Yes, a professional job will cost a bit more, but this is a permanent repair rather than the usual cheap fibre plugging on an expensive tyre. I will recommend this set up to anyone. They have Nitrogen to refill. Tyre changing machine in that tiny room, and a very good job.
