Terrible Service - Made Things Worse! I deeply regret taking my Hornet Bike to this service station. After the so-called “Prince Motors,” my bike has been breaking down in the middle of rides, which never happened before. The carburetor, which was functioning fine earlier, now has serious issues, making the bike completely unreliable. They didn’t even bother to wash the vehicle as part of the service, yet they claimed it was done and charged me for it. When I confronted them, they gave the absurd excuse that washing with water would damage the paint and reduce the vehicle’s shine. Such a terrible and nonsensical response! To make matters worse, they called to inform me that the vehicle was ready for pickup and repeatedly pressured me to make the payment a day in advance. After the trial run, I had to point out an issue with the vehicle’s sound myself, only for them to admit there was a problem with the carburetor. Their carelessness and lack of professionalism are appalling. It’s clear they didn’t perform a proper service, and the mechanics either lack the skill or didn’t bother to check things thoroughly. When I tried to contact them about the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. This place is a disaster for bike owners. Avoid it unless you want more problems than you started with. I have been a loyal customer of this service station for over two years, and this is the kind of service they offered me. Think what would you be getting.

Malayali service centre.Usually gives my bullet for servicing here.they are not fully dedicated to RE,all kinds of 2 wheelers are servicing here.All parts are available here is a good advantage.Flexible timings and good customer service. Still now I am fully satisfied..only concern is there I am seeing small boys who is servicing bikes..I don't know those guys have good experience or not.?

*** DONT VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER ***** Reason.. This is my story. I went to this service center to check for crank sound. I was promised the work will be done with 3-4K. After leaving my bike started a list of issues. Even when I could see my bike parts are ok, they insisted it’s better to change or the bike will breakdown soon. Since it was my first time here and didn’t want to loose both my money and bike performance. I got ready to pay.. The bill sky rocketed to 22k . The engine was stripped and replaced. Now after running 500 kms I went there to get oil changed just after 2 weeks of bike service, they again came with a list of problems in bike. The main mechanic runs the show here and owners are there just to collect money. IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE HOW TO GET LOOTED, THIS IS THE PLACE.. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TURN YOUR BIKE TO A NEW BIKE BY REPLACING ALL THE PARTS, BECAUSE THEY ENJOY DOING THAT HERE.

i would wish to rate them 0, go with a issue, come out with another issue along with the existing issues on the bike. staffs behave like they work for BMW

***Don't ever visit the centre forever*** This is the worst service centre. Completely waste of the service given. I got done my bike service here recently before they said around 1.5k will be bil approximately later when i got my bike return back they said Fitted extra things to my bike so the bill. Is now 3.2k and also even they didn't contacted before adding any item to my bike...
