Coustomer relationship and maintenance is very good and they take time but resolved my bike problems.....I face miss firing problem I visited other service center they not solved here at devanahalli they solved that problem highly recommend to visit acclaim service center devanahalli

Bad experience as they don't have sufficient capacity to service bike properly. Never been able to receive bike on time. Do not sell accessories or any other spare parts, you have to wait for get you bike fix. Waste of time. Instead go to Yelahanka, and get it fix. Do not recommend this place. Owner of Classic 350 since 4 years, but never seen a service center so useless in my life. RE can definitely do better. Went there thrice but got return as they never take bike if you come for free service after 9AM, even in weekdays. RE please close this service outlet, it is just misleading and can't do proper servicing. Can't give zero start, so giving 1 star, which they don't even deserve.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the service provided at the service center. The Owner, Dillip anna and Naveen anna, are genuinely kind and professional. Whenever I visit for service, they treat well, with care and respect. Their approach is very welcoming, and they patiently listen to every concern about the bike. The service quality is excellent, and the work is always done properly with attention to detail. I truly feel confident and satisfied every time I hand over my bike to them. Thank you for the consistent support and perfect service experience.
