Mechanic is technically sound, polite and well behaved. Well versed with Enfield motorcyles. Would certainly recommend this guy for people who are staying in and around cv Raman nagar or old airport road. Had an issue with battery cover and carburettor inlet gasket. He fixed the issue with Enfield genuine parts. Happy with his service

Fraud Alert! He will submit your bike always and will never do it in front of you and will charge you 4-5k always and then will put some fake part in your bike saying he has put the original part and then your bike will start creating some problems after sometime and then he will again submit it and will charge you another 2k. Please save yourself I have wasted around 20k with my perfect bike.

I believed the google reviews and fall into this. Still have the same issues after giving them the bike twice. I think the trainee is doing the work. Only after following up for many times, they provided the bill, and he didn't give me the bills of parts purchased. Please do not blindly believe the positive reviews. Now I should take my bike to some other mechanic to resolve the noise issue. I strongly doubt that the parts they replaced are genuine or not.

Well I can say in reasonable rates u can service ur bike here. Firoz shop is perfect place for service. Even staff is nice and good at their work.

Over all I have a good experience and good reviews for this particular shop, as i regularly leave my vechile for Service here and it's a very reasonable price.
