They scammed me of 13500 I went to these people to have an android system installed for my Honda city, they quoted 13k and upon asking the reason for high price they said it’s a 4gb ram and 32gb storage system unlike the 2gb ones you can find online, hence I said alright. The same day I went to have the system installed in the evening, during final stage they realised that the system they had doesn’t work for city, they told me to come the next day and and that I will need to pay 1000 extra. I went home that day with a hole in the centre console and ac not working. Next day they installed the system, first issue was that the steering control was not working, on enquiry they started giving lame excuses like this only supports Hundai and few other brands and that I’ll need to pay additional 2500 for it work despite the fact that I had told them from that start that it’s a system for Honda city, I decided what’s done is done and stated for home, on the way home I realised that the ac was sn’t working due to their incompetent installation went back and got that fixed. Next day half of the speakers stopped working, upon complaining they removed the front door panel haphazardly to inspect the speaker which was working just fine, then they removed the centre console again, the issue was with a faulty connector on the new system they spliced the wire without asking me to do shoddy tape job. Next day opening the boot I was horrified to find that they had not installed the panel properly post the reverse camera installation, which was mis aligned mind you, by then I had gotten tired of my interaction with them and decide to get it fixed from the Honda service. Later feeling that the system is quite slow for a 4gb ram I decided to run a hardware analysis software, I was horrified to find that it was a 1 gb ram system. I complained to them to no avail, finally managed to get them to agree to the fact that it’s 1gb system which was sold to me under the premise of 4gb, now their only solution is to sell me a 25k system. Why would I pay these people any more money? Why would you want to work with such people? Save your money there are sincere and honest people doing better service and worth the trust. It truly annoys me that such folks are even allowed to run a business. You have been warned. You deserve better than what got. Go elsewhere. 12/12/23 update: After threatening with legal case as well as sending a legal notice and persistently following up they provided me with a 4gb system quite begrudgingly. Still would not recommend the place to anybody considering the turmoil I had to go through. They seemed to have increased in ratings suddenly, I’m not sure how, they’ve been annoyingly calling me everyday to remove this review, don’t fall for it. Spend your hard earned money in reputed store.
