May be Hari auto centre has genuine parts but they have an outlet in puttenahalli- Yelahanka road, I changed my vehicle battery 2months ago . The battery they gave is TATA company(selling damaged products)Can't trust this outlet which is in puttenahalli Yelahanka road. The battery will drain when vehicle is moving and need to kickstart everytime even in traffic signals. I asked him politely can the battery be changed now he said "no madam it will come from company and your should wait for a week or more in a very rude tone". When a customer comes and tells him about the new battery they replaced is a damaged one the person who is incharge over there is talking in a very rude manner and keeping a gender discrimination in their cheap mind, how dare he talks to a person like this? There are allot of people who know about vehicles more than me. That person spoke to a 60 year old experienced person with vehicles saying that "Sir I know more than you". This outlet is a fraud and never give your vehicle there atleast for few hours. They will rip apart the engine and give it in your hand. I will never give my vehicle over there anymore there.
