Got the windsheild replaced with bit of delay In insurance processing also pricing there was a change at the last minute. After sales service is very poor I had to visit the place atleast 4-5 times apart from calls until it was finally resolved.
Good people good work but process is very late. I have claimed insurance and Got approval and everything is clear from paperwork. But these guys took two days to replace the windshield. Time is precious and if you are planning to go there please verify everything early and make sure you will get the work done on same day.
The service was quick. If you are claiming insurance make sure you submit documents well in advance so that you dont have to wait. Mr. Narayana, is a very humble guy and makes sure he gets the work done as soon as possible with a smile on his face.
