Yesterday I have order my doughter birthday celebration eggless venilla with butterscotch cake 2kg but they gave with egg and more cream seriously worst experiance this time please supply customer what they gave order the same only..

A well-known bakery franchise in Bangalore with a strong reputation. While the offerings were decent, I personally didn’t find a significant difference in taste compared to other places. That’s not to say it was bad it was satisfactory but perhaps my expectations were a bit high given the brand name. We tried a few pastries, and while they were enjoyable, the pricing felt slightly on the higher side.

I got this cake for my Son's 2nd year birthday today, I really wanted to appreciate Jayanth who made the cake exactly how I expected. Iam 100% satisfied with the outcome. Also the taste was very nice and everyone liked it. Especially my son was very happy when he saw those fishes. Thanks for the entire team and special thanks to Jayanth. It was delivered on time. Hi Everyone, Let's share my experience with Amma Pastries which is located on the mkk road near Kuvempu metro . Firstly, any customer enters the shop they offer hot biscuits which are very good in taste , after eating the customer might think everything will be the same in taste . Coming to my experience Feb 1st my son's birthday, and I have ordered cake here 10 days before which cost 4300 with no discount . I have paid 2000 in advance and am informed to keep the cake ready within time . Before the birthday date ,jan 30 i visited the store again and was given a reminder that I needed cake at 10:30 am then left. On Feb 1st, ALL GUESTS CAME and I started calling these people from 10.30 am , they said it's getting ready it takes 1 hr , later called 11:30 no luck 12 no luck guests slowly walked away.. finally without making cake they sent unfinished ordered cake bu 12:50PM which is in bad shape .. Cake which the have sent is frozen and full of ice and unable to eat which is in very bad condition... Finally my son's birthday gone bad because of cake.. I don't recommend any one ordering cake in this place ..... Worst

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience at Ammas Pastry. I found a cockroach in the sweets section, which is a serious food safety issue. When I informed the staff, the server responded rudely and dismissively, saying, “Won’t you find a cockroach in your house?” This is not how a food business should operate. Cleanliness is basic, not optional. Customers spend their hard-earned money here and deserve hygiene and respectful treatment in return. Such negligence and attitude show a complete lack of professionalism. If you care about your health and your money, think twice before visiting. Give respect to your customers cause you need us and not the other way round
